14 days to change your mind

If Minuit Pro is not for you, you get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. You do not have to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

• Write to support@soliloquie.io from the address you bought with, or reply to the email that contains your key.
• Or go to paddle.net, Paddle’s site for finding and managing your orders.

The refund is issued by Paddle, our reseller, to the payment method you used. How long it takes to reach your account depends on your bank.

After a refund

The license is deactivated as soon as Paddle grants the refund; the extension goes back to the free version within 24 hours. The free version of Minuit is of course still yours to use.
