Terms of sale

Minuit is published by Soliloquie OÜ, a company incorporated in Estonia (see the legal notice). These terms apply to the purchase of Minuit Pro.

1. Reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms.

2. What you are buying

Minuit Pro is a license that unlocks the Pro features of the Minuit extension: extra themes, brightness and contrast adjustment, image dimming and following the system appearance. The free version of Minuit stays usable without a license.

The license is personal and activates in up to 3 browsers (each browser profile counts as one), with no time limit, extension updates included. To free those slots, after a new computer for instance, write to support@soliloquie.io. It may not be resold or shared.

The extension checks the license with our server when it is activated, then once a day. A license that has been refunded, or charged back with your bank, is deactivated.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown inclusive of all taxes at checkout, in the currency of your country where possible. It is a one-time payment, with no subscription and no renewal.

4. Delivery

The license key is sent by email to the address entered at checkout, usually a few minutes after the payment is confirmed. If it has not arrived within the hour, write to support@soliloquie.io.

5. Refunds

You can obtain a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, with no reason required. See the refund policy.

6. How the extension works

Minuit works with Chrome and Chromium-based browsers (version 111 or later). Some pages cannot be changed by an extension, such as the browser’s internal pages or the Chrome Web Store. Some sites may still render imperfectly. Minuit can be turned off at any time, for one site or for all of them.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are buying as a consumer, you keep the protection granted to you by the mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence. In case of a dispute, please contact us first at support@soliloquie.io so that we can find an amicable solution.
